Position: Tosca Admin with QA

Location: Bethesda MD- Hybrid

Job Description:
  • Tool Installation and Configuration
  • Experience in setting up Distributed workspace and parallel Execution environment.
  • Experience in setting up DEX server and agent configurations; Familiarity with DEX ports and unattended executions.
  • Very good understanding of System Requirements for Tricentis Tosca Server
  • Workspace migration from local to central repo
  • Adapt Tosca configurations to meet evolving team s requirements.
  • License and user access management.
  • Database installation and maintenance.

Technical Support
  • CICD Pipeline Setup for Tosca using Harness & Jenkins
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues or errors that users encounter while using the Tosca tool.
  • Coordinating with Tricentis team for support tickets
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Ensuring that the Tosca tool is up to date with the latest patches and versions and performing any necessary maintenance tasks.
  • Engage with vendor resources such as forums, webinars, and user groups.
  • Provide feedback to the vendor on tool improvements or feature requests.

Proof of Concept for DQEs
  • Perform proof of concept for any new technologies /feature implementation using tosca capabilities DI, DEX, Tosca distribution server, Automation Object Service, and demo various teams.
  • POCs with Tosca for different Release Trains involving alternative tech stacks like Kafka.
